Inventory Control

Each inventory item can be categorized by:

  • Department
  • Category
  • Sub-Category
  • Vendor
  • Season
  • Collection/Product Line

These groupings will allow you to pinpoint information without going through massive amounts of data.  Promotions, pricing groups, merchandising reports, customer purchasing habits, physical counts, and product searching can all be broken down by these groupings.

You can create numerous product types, including:

  • Standard non-matrix items
  • Matrix items
  • Service items
  • Kited items
  • Package items
  • Custom specification items
  • Serialized items

Each of these product types can be setup for many locations and are tracked in real-time.  There are no delays between locations.

Creating items isn't all you can do.  Other Inventory Control items include:

  • Receiving Inventory
  • Adjusting Inventory
  • Physical Counts (Manual and Automated)
